Staffing Coordinator

Overview Private Duty Homecare company is currently seeking the right candidate to fill a Staffing Coordinator/Office Assistant position. This person will work with the owner to hire employees to provide services to the elderly in Broward County. The ideal candidate will wear many hats including HR/Onboarding, Staffing, Data Entry, Customer Service and On Call. Office Hours are Monday through Friday with On call from home on weekends (Additional Compensation provided). Responsibilities Assist with HR/Onboarding, Staffing, Data Entry, and Customer Service duties. Coordinate scheduling and staffing to provide services to elderly clients in Broward County. Handle on-call responsibilities on weekends as needed. Support office tasks such as phone skills, faxing, and general administrative duties. Qualifications Self-driven and comfortable with office tasks and problem solving in a high-stress environment when needed. Strong communication skills and a friendly attitude; ability to work in a growing company. Bi-lingual is a plus but not required. Must be able to attach resume when applying for this position.
