Job Description

• Develop Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess patients' needs and create personalized therapy approaches to support their functional objectives
• Implement Evidence-Based Interventions: Apply proven therapeutic techniques to improve patients' motor abilities, cognitive functions, and daily activities
• Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams: Partner with OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to deliver holistic, comprehensive care
• Train Patients and Families: Offer insight and guidance on therapy methods to assist patients and caregivers in continuing their progress at home
• Track Progress and Adjust Treatment: Monitor outcomes closely, making necessary adjustments to ensure patients remain steadfast on their path to recovery

Education

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited college or university
• Ongoing education or advanced certifications highly encouraged and supported

Certifications

• Active Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license required
• NBCOT certification essential
