Associate Attorney — Personal Injury Litigation (2-3 Years) Good Morning Rob – We are currently seeking 2–3 attorneys for our Dallas office. This is a fully in-office position located at: 8222 Douglas Avenue, Dallas, Texas 75225 Ideally, we would like to see candidates with the following qualifications: 2–3 years of personal injury experience, including both pre-litigation and litigation Solo deposition experience Some trial exposure At this time, we are not considering candidates with less than 2 years of legal experience (ideally Personal Injury) or candidates who are significantly overqualified for the role. Salary is based on background. The range for this position is $100,000.00-$130,000.00 (and it will be based on experience). In addition, we have a generous yearly bonus. I am including a snippet for our offer letter: Incentive Bonus: Additionally, as an associate, you may qualify for a discretionary bonus of up to 10% of your salary if you secure a docket. Based on your progression, you could also participate in additional attorney fee-based bonuses. We offer further incentives, including: A $2,000 reward for every jury verdict won that exceeds the last pre-trial offer, even during your first year. Annual performance incentives are tied to your contributions and growth.
