Chick-fil-A Crew Member Opportunity

At Chick-fil-A, the role of a crew member is more than just a job; it's an opportunity. Besides working directly for an independent owner, crew members gain vital experience that goes far beyond serving great food in a friendly environment. Team members are responsible for delivering an exceptional dining experience to everyone they serve each day and ensuring all guests receive Chick-fil-A's signature service and food.

What is a shift at Chick-fil-A like for a team member?

As a member of the Chick-fil-A team, your day starts with a team meeting to set goals, followed by preparing the dining area and counter for a welcoming guest experience.
