Description: Accept compact license unless the RN resides in PA. Every other weekend and holiday rotation is required. Shifts are 12 hours long. RNs will be floated to all units, including adult, adolescent, or stabilization unit based on needs. A PA license is required for residents in PA. Compact license is accepted for non-PA residents.
