Make an impact supporting K-12 students in a dynamic educational environment as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in the Lakeville, MA area. Key Qualifications:

• Valid Massachusetts BCBA certification required
• Experience working in school settings or with school-age populations preferred
• Strong understanding of behavioral assessment and intervention strategies
• Ability to effectively communicate with students, staff, and families
• Organizational skills to manage multiple responsibilities and adapt to evolving caseload needs

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide direct support and consultation for students (caseload details to be determined)
• Design and implement individualized behavior intervention plans
• Conduct functional behavior assessments and analyze data to inform decision-making
• Collaborate with school psychologists, teachers, and other multidisciplinary team members to promote positive student outcomes
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to developing student goals
• Offer training and ongoing support for school staff regarding behavior management best practices
