Pay or shift range: $20 USD to $23 USD. The estimated range is the budgeted amount for this position. What You’ll Do: Process incoming payments including checks, ACH, and credit cards Apply payments to correct customer accounts Reconcile accounts receivable ledgers Review invoices and investigate customer deductions Monitor aging reports and assist with collections efforts Collaborate with Sales and Customer Service teams to resolve billing issues Support audits and maintain accurate financial records Help improve accounting processes and efficiencies What We’re Looking For: Associate’s Degree in Accounting or related field preferred 1–3 years of Accounts Receivable or accounting experience Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Experience with Excel, Word, and accounting systems Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively Why Rosina?
