AP/AR Specialist

Responsibilities Responsible for the full cycle accounts payable process, including vendor setup, charging expenses to accounts and cost centers Work cross-functionally to build relationships externally with vendors and customers, resolving discrepancies Ensures credit is received for outstanding credit memos Verifies employee expense reports, processes reimbursement payments Provide timely AP and AR aging analysis to management Detects and verifies validity of account discrepancies Summarizes receivables by maintaining business partner accounts Drive process improvements and changes to streamline the overall AR and AP process Requirements 3-5 years of experience in accounts payable and accounts receivable Strong data entry skills preferably with an ERP system (SAP preferred) Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Office suite Ability to engage positively and effectively with all levels within the organization Unquestionable ethics – treats people with respect; keeps commitments; works with integrity. #J-18808-Ljbffr
