Desktop Support Technician - Tier I

Job Description We are seeking a Technology Support Specialist to support a large-scale Windows 11 deployment project within a hospital and clinic environment. This role serves as a key onsite IT resource, providing hands‑on support across hardware, software, and applications while ensuring a seamless upgrade experience for end users. Project & Deployment Support Assist with Windows 11 deployment, system upgrades, and application rollouts Perform device imaging, installations, upgrades, and configuration Support hardware lifecycle efforts including replacements and refreshes Technical Support Provide Tier I & Tier II support for incidents and service requests Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and application issues Perform break/fix support across desktops, laptops, and peripherals We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
