Job TitleExperience with Unix/Linux systems, file transmission and ability to write SQL queries, perform DB updates and exposure to monitoring scheduling tools such as Autosys, Splunk, Dynatrace.Informatica Hadoop systems knowledge to navigate through the systems, verify logs and troubleshoot issues.Ability to provide day to day production application support with in-depth analysis, investigation and troubleshoot issues on banking platforms and associated applications.Participate in incident bridge calls, ensuring all required individuals are on the call and are actively seeking to resolve the issue(s).Document maintain operations procedures.Work closely with technology and business operation teams.Require good verbal written communication skills.Familiarity with ticketing tools such as Remedy, Service Now etc.Diverse Lynx LLC is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
