Retail Recruiter

Our client, a globally recognized luxury fashion brand, is seeking a dynamic Fashion Retail Recruiter to join their Talent Acquisition team in New York City. In this role, you will be responsible for attracting, engaging, and hiring exceptional retail professionals who embody the brand's commitment to luxury, client service, and excellence. This is an exciting opportunity to partner with retail leadership and make a direct impact on the growth of an iconic brand. Key Responsibilities Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for retail positions across multiple luxury boutiques. Recruit for roles including Sales Associates, Client Advisors, Stock Associates, Assistant Managers, Boutique Managers, and other retail leadership positions. Partner closely with Regional Managers, Store Managers, and HR Business Partners to understand hiring needs and workforce planning. Source and attract top luxury retail talent through LinkedIn, networking, referrals, career fairs, and industry events. Conduct phone screens and interviews to evaluate candidates for experience, cultural fit, and luxury client service excellence. Coordinate interview schedules and guide candidates through the hiring process while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience. Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs. Track recruiting activity and hiring metrics using the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Stay informed on market trends and competitive recruiting strategies within the luxury retail industry. Represent the brand professionally as an ambassador in the luxury fashion talent market. Qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred. 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a strong focus on luxury retail or fashion recruiting. Experience recruiting for high-volume retail and boutique leadership positions. Knowledge of the luxury fashion industry and an understanding of exceptional client service standards. Strong sourcing skills utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruiting platforms. Excellent communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills. Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment. Experience with applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Office Suite. #J-18808-Ljbffr
