RN Case Manager

TITLE: Per diem RN's needed for older adult population LOCATION: Butte County, CA SUMMARY: RN's needed to do assessments for elderly clients. Must be able to complete all documentation necessary for reassessments. Each face to face assessment is up to 2 hours. CLIENT'S ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Nursing Flexible Shifts, # of hours: 6-16 hours/week, based on your Monday through Friday availability. Part time hours available for supplemental income. CLIENT'S QUALIFICATION & REQUIREMENTS: CA RN Licensure required. Experience with Adult/Older Adult population preferred, but not required. Good organizational and writing skills are a must.
