• Shift: Day, 8-hour shift (08:00 - 16:30), Monday - Friday
• Hours/Week: 40 hours
• Employment Type: Contract
• License/Certifications: Board Certified, State License (or eligible via IMLC/ WV temp license), DEA
• Experience: Minimum 5 years in pain management

Pay & Benefits:

• Hourly Pay Rate: $234/hr
• Additional Compensation: Overtime at 1.2x after 40 hours, holiday pay at 1.2x

What You'll Do:

• Provide expert pain management care in a dedicated pain clinic setting
• Perform fluoroscopically guided spinal injections, epidural steroid injections, nerve blocks, joint injections, and trigger-point injections
• Use ultrasound guidance for procedures and monitor patient progress
• Collaborate with support staff including RNs and radiologic technologists
• Manage patient populations aged 30-80 years with diverse needs
• Document patient encounters using Next Gen EMR system
• Conduct specialized procedures such as RFA and intrathecal pump management (preferred experience)

What You Need:

• Board Certification in Pain Medicine or Anesthesiology with pain fellowship or equivalent certification
• State Medical License (or eligible for license via IMLC or WV temporary license)
• DEA Certification
• Minimum 5 years of pain management experience

• Experience with ultrasound-guided procedures and intrathecal pumps
