Specialty Pharmacy Clinical Pharmacist - Patient Care Lead

Ochsner Specialty Pharmacy is seeking a pharmacist to ensure complete drug therapy in a multidisciplinary clinical setting. The role oversees patient pharmacy services, provides drug information, resolves prior authorizations and insurance issues, and leads the Patient Advocate team. Education includes a BS in Pharmacy; PharmD preferred, with PGY1/PGY2 residency optional. Louisiana license required, multi-state licensure preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr Council of State and Territorial Epidemiologists
