SummaryThe Director of Jet Card Sales is responsible for selling new Jet Card Memberships and renewing existing Jet Card Member Agreements. The Director is expected manage all steps of the sales process from lead generation through new customer onboarding and ongoing relationship management.Duties & ResponsibilitiesAchieve assigned sales quota of new Jet Card Members.Manage renewal process of existing Jet Card Members.Prepare proposals, conduct live presentations, and negotiate sales contracts.Engage local communities through third party event participation and planning of company owned local events.Work closely with assigned Private Aviation Advisor (Sales Development Representative) and guide them on daily initiatives to drive qualified prospect meetings onto your calendar.Generate new outbound leads & promptly respond to in-bound leads.Adoption of all tech suit tools to maximize performance.Analyze and interpret pipeline data to make informed decisions on daily tasks.Cold call via Phone, Email, Text, and Video.Maintain CRM with accurate and up-to-date information.Service prospects a subject matter expert with extensive knowledge of the services, competitors, and aircraft capabilities.Develop close working relationship with Client Services and be a constant advocate for the customer.Create meaningful and mutually beneficial relationships with local network referral partners.Meet and greet current members and prospects for flights as needed.Represent the company at various community and business meetings to promote the company.Regular and predictable attendance.Demonstrate Jet Linx's core values and "Supply the High" in all interactions.Performs other duties as assigned.Knowledge, Skills & AbilitiesExcellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with all levels of the company and its customersProven record of successful sales experiences, closing sales, and "hunter" mentality throughout a long-term sales cycleMaintain a professional demeanor while performing in a competitive environment under pressureAbility to be persistent while demonstrating strong customer-focus skillsAbility to balance multiple priorities in a demanding, fast-paced environmentProficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRMAbility to exercise independent judgment, discretion, and initiativeMaintain a professional demeanor while performing in a competitive environment under pressureAbility to work in a fast-paced environment, with strong attention to detail and organizational skillsProfessional handling of objections and concerns to gain commitmentSuperior analytical ability to translate data into actionsExceptional & confident presentation skills, comfortable in a boardroom setting in person and via live video meetingsAbility to self-start your day and work under minimal daily supervisionFunction as a leader of your territory with a mindset to pro-actively problem solve and participate in driving the betterment of all aspects of the businessEducation and Work ExperienceBachelor's degree preferred3 to 5 years of high-end/executive level sales and public contract experience required, Aviation or luxury brand preferredProven experience developing, negotiating, finalizing, and implementing contracts requiredPhysical RequirementsMajority of work is completed in a normal office work environmentProlonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computerAble to complete physical activities such as standing, sitting, walking, talking, and hearing to perform daily work functionsMust be able to move up to 25 pounds on an infrequent basisPhysical RequirementsThis position follows a hybrid work model. Starting base annual salary for this position ranges from $55,000 to $65,000. Actual base salary provided is dependent upon geographic location, aircraft size (crew positions), relevant education, training and experience of the candidate.
