Patent Litigation Associate or Attorney

Position Overview ArentFox Schiff LLP is seeking a Patent Litigation Associate or Attorney with 7+ years of experience to join our SanFrancisco office. The candidate will handle patent litigation across U.S. District Courts and the International Trade Commission, including trials, motions, depositions, expert reports, and discovery management. Trademark litigation experience or a demonstrated interest is a plus. Responsibilities Represent clients in patent litigation matters nationwide and internationally. Prepare and prosecute motions, conduct depositions, develop expert reports, and manage discovery. Collaborate with attorneys and support staff to advance case strategy. Qualifications 7+ years of patent litigation experience. Proficiency in U.S. District Court practice and the International Trade Commission. Outstanding written communication skills. Bar admission in the state of California (or a license to practice before the Federal Circuit is an asset). Salaries & Bonuses The base salary ranges from $160,000 to $375,000 per year, based on experience, education, bar admissions, and overall qualifications.
