Sales Support Admin - Global Trading Company (36106)

A global trading company is seeking a Sales Support Administrator to join their team in Fort Lee, NJ. This role is essential for ensuring smooth business operations, accurate information flow, and high-quality customer support for both internal and external stakeholders. This is a full time, direct hire position and can be hybrid work setting.

Sales Support Administrator Responsibilities:

• Prepare sales and purchase contracts.
• Coordinate shipments, logistics, customs clearance, and delivery schedules.
• Prepare and process shipping documents, invoices, and payment-related documentation.
• Track inventory, shipments, and order status.
• Monitor Accounts Receivable and support collections activities.
• Open and process Letters of Credit (L/C).
• Maintain accurate records and reports in the company's ERP system.
• Communicate with customers, suppliers, warehouses, and logistics providers.
• Provide administrative and operational support to the Sales team.
• Other duties as assigned

Sales Support Administrator Qualifications:

• 1+ years of experience in Sales Support, Logistics, Order Management, Customer Service, or Administration.
• Experience in trading, distribution, manufacturing, or import/export environments is an asset.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
