Business AnalystCharlotte, North Carolina, United States$ 81.00 - 82.00 (US Dollar)Locations: Charlotte, NC; Iselin, NJBusiness Analyst needs 1-2 years of working with IT and Business teamsBusiness Analyst requires1-2 years of working in JIRA or JIRA AlignSkillsWorking knowledge of JIRA Align.Excellent verbal & written communication skillsAbility to be innovative, creative, and think "outside the box"Ability to present to both internal and external stakeholdersStrong interpersonal skills and ability to work in cross-functional teamsBusiness Analyst duties:Works with Business and IT team to document requirements via EPICS and capabilities into JIRA Align..Work with all stakeholders to make tradeoff decisions regarding competing prioritiesCollaborate with the product owners to continuously develop and communicate the vision for the scrum teams that are key to efficient and effective development.Collaborate cross-functionally with the Business, Development teams across trains, UX Design, and Digital product managementTrack requirements from inception to delivery and report status on periodic (weekly, monthly etc) reports to leadership
