Physical Therapist – Fort Lauderdale Outpatient Orthopedic Care Location: Fort Lauderdale, FL Position: Physical Therapist Work Setting: Orthopedic Outpatient Physical Therapy Office Office Assignment: One office location only Pay: $50–$55 per hour Benefits: Full benefits included + 21 days PTO We are seeking a Physical Therapist in Fort Lauderdale, FL for an outpatient orthopedic physical therapy office. This role is designed for a PT who enjoys helping patients recover through structured treatment, guided exercise, hands-on care, and functional movement training. You will work with patients recovering from orthopedic injuries, surgery, pain-related limitations, weakness, and mobility restrictions. The goal is to help patients improve function and return to daily activities with better movement and control. Schedule Options: 4-day workweek with 10-hour shifts Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Responsibilities: Evaluate patients and determine physical therapy needs Create care plans for orthopedic and post-surgical conditions Provide therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, mobility training, and functional rehab Review patient progress and update treatment plans Educate patients on home exercises and recovery strategies Complete evaluations, progress notes, and discharge documentation Coordinate with clinic staff to maintain efficient patient care Active Florida Physical Therapist License DPT Degree or MSPT Degree Outpatient experience required, including clinical outpatient experience for new graduates Health insurance Dental and vision insurance 401K plan with company match 21 days PTO Flexible schedule options Move your Physical Therapist career forward in Fort Lauderdale with an outpatient role focused on steady patient improvement.
