Care for one child in a one-to-one school assignment — same child, same school, every day. You'll either ride with your student on school-provided transportation or meet them at school. Nurses never drive students in their own vehicle.

Care is guided by the child's individual care plan and may include tracheostomy care, G-tube feeding, seizure monitoring, and assistance with activities of daily living.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, school days only. Off weekends, holidays, and every school break.

Qualifications:

• Active, unencumbered NC LPN or RN license (or compact license with NC as primary residence)
• LPN: 1 year of related experience in the last 3 years
• RN: 1 year of related RN experience in the last 3 years, or 1 year of related LPN experience
• Current in-person CPR certification (online-only not accepted)
• Higher acuity assignments: 6 months relevant experience plus online assessments

Requirements before assignment: background check, drug screening, TB testing, reference and license verification, agency orientation, and reliable transportation to the assigned school.
