Senior Designer

To drive innovative visual strategies, the full-time Senior Designer will lead the design process for integrated brand and campaign projects while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote setting. Key responsibilities Lead the visual concepting process for brand and campaign work, developing visual systems and presentation decks in collaboration with copywriters Produce diverse creative deliverables across digital, print, and environmental touchpoints, ensuring alignment with core brand messaging Mentor junior designers by providing constructive feedback and guidance on creative work and professional development Required qualifications 3-4 years of experience as a graphic designer within a creative team, either in-house or at a marketing agency Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator, along with Figma or Adobe XD Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, graphic design, or a related field, or equivalent experience Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple projects and meet deadlines Experience in presenting and rationalizing creative decisions to internal teams and clients
