This full-time, contract opportunity offers up to 40 hours per week working directly with learners and collaborating with a dedicated team within an engaging school environment.

Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active Michigan SLP license and ASHA certification (CCC) required
• Previous experience in school-based settings preferred
• Ability to work with students from PreK through 12th grade, with emphasis on early childhood
• Flexibility and adaptability to participate in a diverse educational team
• If applying as a Clinical Fellow (CF), you must have a supervisor identified and ready to support
• Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
• Must be able to work onsite (remote/virtual work is not available for this role)

Core Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations, screenings, and assessments to identify speech, language, and communication disorders
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary staff
• Provide direct therapy and support to students, tracking progress and documenting outcomes
• Attend and participate in IEP meetings, contributing expertise to develop student goals
• Offer education and resources to families and staff regarding communication strategies
• Maintain accurate records and comply with state and district documentation requirements
