Guaranteed Hours: 36.00 Contract Weeks: 13

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN): Preferred
• Licensure: Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of practice: Required
• Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification or Basic Life Support (BLS): Required
• At least two years of recent experience in the field: Required
• EPIC experience: Required

Responsibilities

• Deliver coordinated nursing care for assigned patients according to established standards.
• Supervise and direct nursing staff and coordinate care with other disciplines.
• Collect and analyze patient data to determine diagnosis and care issues.
• Develop and implement care plans and evaluate patient outcomes.
• Provide education and learning opportunities to patients, families, and team members.
• Participate in discharge planning to ensure continuity of care.
