Competitive Pay: Starting salary $28.00 - $30.00/hour | credit for experience
Flexible Schedule: Monday - Friday | 8 am - 5 pm, with flexibility for evening and weekend activities

What You'll Do:
- Use your expertise in senior activity programming to develop and implement activities that motivate and engage the senior population and improve quality of life
- Effectively lead and collaborate with other team members to foster a culture of excellence, ensuring all aspects of the activity program are executed efficiently with high attention to detail
- Demonstrate a strong team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate across departments, multitask, and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrate a high level of professionalism, organization, and attention to detail
What you will need:
- Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Comfortable working in a senior environment, with a commitment to resident-centered service
