Nonprofit Operations & Admin Intern — Learn & Lead Projects

The Operations & Administrative Intern will gain exposure to the internal systems that keep a nonprofit running. This role is ideal for students interested in nonprofit operations, management, public administration, or organizational leadership. Nonprofit operational structure and systems Project coordination and administrative support Organizational efficiency and documentation Cross-departmental collaboration Assist with scheduling, filing, and document organization Support internal projects and administrative tasks Help track timelines and update internal records Learn how different nonprofit functions work together Currently enrolled college student Strong organizational skills and reliability Interest in nonprofit operations or management Comfort with basic technology tools (Google Workspace, spreadsheets, etc.) Chicago Emerging Stars is happy to support students seeking college credit for their internship. We will complete required paperwork, provide learning objectives, and participate in evaluations as needed by your institution.
