Workday Time Tracking and Absence - Sr Manager

Role Overview The Senior Manager serves in an outward‑facing, hands‑on, and multi‑faceted role combining project and engagement management, team leadership, and material interaction with clients at tactical and strategic levels. Responsibilities Lead client‑facing engagements across all project phases, from pursuit to delivery. Manage project delivery, including scheduling, budgeting, and quality control. Conduct in‑depth data analysis to inform impactful recommendations. Support overall practice development and mentor co‑achees. Perform project and organizational administrative tasks. Qualifications 6+ years of end‑to‑end Workday HCM implementation experience, including Workday US Payroll. Prior experience implementing Workday within a Professional Services Firm. Experience in a Higher Education or university environment. Experience with Absence, Time Tracking, and Payroll (plus). Institutional strategic planning, project financial management, and client executive relationship management. Multiple cradle‑to‑grave implementation experience. Excellent oral and written communication skills and strong interpersonal skills. Ability to train and contribute to the professional development of Huron staff. Strong analytical skills to translate meeting information into actionable documentation. Willingness to learn new tools, techniques, and methodologies. Capacity to contribute on multiple projects of varying scale and duration. Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time. Compensation & Benefits Estimated base salary range: $130,000 – $190,000. Total compensation including incentive program: $156,000 – $228,000. Eligible for annual incentive compensation program and benefit plans including medical, dental, vision coverage, wellness programs, 401(k) with employer match, paid time off, and parental leave.
