What You'll Be Doing

Complete a variety of residential and commercial maintenance and repair work, including:

• HVAC maintenance and minor HVAC repairs

• Drywall repair and installation

• Interior and exterior painting

• Carpentry and trim work

• Door and window repair

• Cabinet installation and repair

• Minor plumbing repairs

• Minor electrical repairs

• Fixture replacement

• Flooring installation and repairs

• Tile installation and repair

• Caulking and sealing

• Appliance installation

• Fence and gate repair

• Deck repairs

• Pressure washing

• General home repairs

• Property maintenance

• Preventive maintenance

• Punch list completion

• Work order completion

• Troubleshooting repair issues

• Customer communication

• Maintaining a clean and safe job site

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in handyman, maintenance, HVAC, or a related skilled trade

• Experience with multiple trades is preferred

• HVAC experience is a plus

• Ability to diagnose repair issues independently

• Professional attitude and strong communication skills

• Valid driver's license

• Reliable vehicle

• Must be willing to travel within a 50-mile radius of Jacksonville

• Own professional tools

• Smartphone with internet access

• Ability to take and upload job photos

• Ability to complete digital work orders

• General liability insurance (or willingness to obtain it)

• EPA 608 Certification and General Contractor License are a plus but not required
