What you’ll do As the Human Resources Manager, you will oversee all aspects of HR practices and processes, ensuring they align with the overall business strategy. You will develop and implement HR strategies, support leaders and employees with HR guidance, and help maintain compliance with applicable labor regulations and employment laws. Develop and implement HR strategies aligned to business goals Oversee employee performance management, along with training and development initiatives Administer compensation and benefits programs Maintain and update HR policies and procedures to remain compliant with legal requirements Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, investigations, and disciplinary actions Ensure HR records and documentation are current, accurate, and confidential Monitor HR metrics and analyze HR data to inform business decisions Foster a diverse and inclusive workplace environment Manage and administer immigration matters, including visa processing and compliance Prepare and deliver monthly HR reports for leadership review Manage and administer surveys to gauge employee sentiment Implement projects, events, and processes that build an inclusive, welcoming, and professional culture Manage the full onboarding process to align with business needs Lead and support the HR team, including assigning tasks, mentorship, performance evaluations, and professional development Oversee end-to-end visa and immigration work for employees, partnering with external legal counsel for sponsorships, renewals, and permanent residency applications What you bring Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with strong attention to detail Strong leadership, communication, and team-building capabilities High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and standard office software Familiarity with HR, labor laws, and onboarding compliance (including I-9 and E-Verify ) Ability to respond to internal and HQ requests for updates, reports, and operational insights Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with non-native or limited-English speakers Bachelor’s degree required Interview process Receive applications Pre-screen interview with Recruiter Interview with Director of Operations Panel interview with upper-level management Reference check + offer Background check + onboarding Welcome Aboard Tools & technology Microsoft Excel I-9 E-Verify Equal opportunity and compliance commitment BTI Solutions, Inc. complies with applicable federal, state, and local employment laws, including those related to fair hiring practices, pay transparency, workplace safety, and reasonable accommodations.
