responsibilities:

• Manage advanced manufacturing and industrial tenant fit-out projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring safety, quality, schedule, and budget objectives are achieved.
  
  
• Coordinate with owners, design partners, subcontractors, and field teams to drive project execution, resolve issues, and maintain strong client relationships.
  
  
• Lead project planning, procurement, cost control, scheduling, contract administration, and change management throughout the project lifecycle.
  
  
• Oversee subcontractor performance, facilitate project meetings, and ensure timely communication between project stakeholders and company leadership.
  
  
• Support the continued growth of Messer's advanced manufacturing market by delivering successful projects and contributing to long-term client partnerships.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.

• 5+ years of Project Management experience leading complex advanced manufacturing or industrial tenant fit-out construction projects.

• Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients, project partners, field personnel, and executive leadership.
