*Qualifications*
· Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
· Admitted to practice in New York State
· Attorney in good standing
· Independent thinking and ambition
· Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
· Aggressive attitude to bring cases to a conclusion at top value
*Responsibilities*
· Manage sizeable caseload
· Maintain strong client relationships
· Learn and stay updated on developments in personal injury law
· Legal research
· Draft pleadings and motions
· Ability to negotiate
· Prepare cases for Mediations/Arbitrations and Trials
· Conduct depositions, attend pretrial conferences and court hearings
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $125,000.00 - $300,000.00 xhmxlyz per year
