We are immediately hiring an Office Manager to join our growing janitorial services team! We have been in business for over 35 years and have an incredible group of team members/team leads and managers. Most employees have been with us for 5-20 years which is unheard of in the janitorial industry!
What you’ll do:
- Oversee daily office operations
- Manage event scheduling and client communication
- Handle invoicing, payroll support, and basic bookkeeping along with our payroll company
- Coordinate with cleaning staff and supervisors
- Maintain organized records and reports
What we’re looking for:
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and customer service
- Experience with office management or admin roles (preferred)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Microsoft Excel
