Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations for mental health diagnoses, collaborating with clients to create and implement tailored treatment plans.

• Maintain a consistent caseload of 25-30 client visits per week, engaging with individuals, couples, and families in a variety of therapeutic contexts.

• Document ongoing client progress meticulously, adhering to company policies to ensure accurate records for treatment reviews and case notes.

• Provide exceptional customer service, fostering a welcoming and supportive atmosphere for clients as you collaborate with a dynamic team to advance our community mental health initiatives.

• Coordinate with case managers, families, and other relevant personnel to ensure comprehensive care across various services.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your clinical work will involve a wide range of clients, including children, adolescents, couples, and families from various backgrounds. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.

• A current and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is mandatory.
