Details Work in a hospital Emergency Department Variable mid and night shift schedule, 12-hour shifts 36 hours per week across 3 shifts per day Weekend shifts required May be required to float to other departments based on business need May be required to take on-call during a regularly scheduled shift Uses Epic for clinical documentation Requirements Active CO or compact RN license required Minimum 1 year of Emergency Department nursing experience required ASN required, BSN preferred Current AHA certifications required: BLS, ACLS, PALS TNCC, ENPC, and NIHSS certifications required Certifications must not expire prior to assignment start date Epic charting experience preferred Additional Information Perform independent nursing functions and delegated medical functions per state Board of Nursing standards Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in a fast-paced ED setting Provide health teaching, counseling, and therapeutic treatment to patients Document care in accordance with hospital and regulatory guidelines Refer and monitor patients for further evaluation or treatment as needed Returning staff must be separated from any Intermountain facility for at least one year before being eligible for a travel assignment American Traveler Job ID P-749987.
