Cardiac Sonographer - Echo Tech

Schedule

This position requires a schedule of 8:00 AM to 6:30 PM, with some variations.

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Cardiac Sonographer with a minimum of 2 years of experience in the specialty. The ideal candidate will possess the necessary certifications and demonstrate expertise in echocardiography procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform echocardiograms and vascular ultrasound examinations.
• Ensure high-quality imaging and patient care.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to determine patient needs.
• Document and maintain accurate patient records.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in cardiac sonography.
• Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer (RDCS) credential from ARDMS.
• Registered Vascular Technologist (RVT) certification is preferred.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Must work 2 major holidays (Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year's Day) and 1 minor holiday (the Friday after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, or New Year's Eve).
