Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments and ongoing evaluations to establish client baseline and develop comprehensive, individualized care plans.

• Deliver culturally competent therapy sessions utilizing modalities tailored for individuals, couples, and families, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and solution-focused approaches.

• Collaborate with clients to identify therapeutic milestones and consistently review progress; adjust treatment plans as needed based on client feedback and clinical observations.

• Maintain confidentiality, ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards including HIPAA, while upholding the highest ethical standards in practice.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
