Assistant Project Manager - Southwest Suburbs

Overview We are seeking a motivated Assistant Project Manager with at least 1 year of professional experience supporting medium to large-scale construction projects. Description Assist the Project Manager in planning, coordinating, and executing construction projects. Support project documentation including RFIs, submittals, change orders, and meeting minutes. Help manage schedules, budgets, and subcontractor relationships. Participate in site visits, progress meetings, and quality control inspections. Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met. Maintain organized project files and ensure timely communication across teams. Profile / Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred. Minimum of 1 year of experience in a construction project support role. Familiarity with construction processes, documentation, and project management tools. Strong organizational and communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Procore or similar platforms is a plus. Eagerness to learn and grow within a supportive team environment.
