What you'll be doing Tool, set up, and operate CNC lathe machines to produce parts to production needs and customer specifications

Perform routine machine maintenance and keep an organized, clean work area

Keep detailed records of machine setups, production runs, quality checks, and maintenance

Work with the Quality Assurance team to resolve product discrepancies and maintain measuring devices and equipment

Flag product discrepancies, equipment malfunctions, and other production risks to your supervisor

Suggest improvements to efficiency, communication, and quality

Follow safety regulations and company policies

Machines, controls and software You'll run CNC lathes with Fanuc controls. Experience on Citizen/Miyano and Daewoo/Doosan equipment is preferred but not required. Familiarity with an ERP system (ProShop preferred) is a plus, as is exposure to precision inspection equipment such as Keyence systems, optical comparators, concentricity gages, and profilometers.

What we're looking forRequired3+ years of experience setting up and operating CNC lathe machines

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications, including fractions and decimals

Proficiency with precision measuring instruments such as micrometers, calipers, and gages

Strong problem-solving and analytical/technical skills

Excellent organization and planning skills, with the ability to work independently

Effective English communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a team

Preferred Citizen/Miyano and Daewoo/Doosan machine experience

CNC programming experience

ERP experience, ProShop in particular

Experience with Keyence, optical comparator equipment, concentricity gages, and profilometers
