Benny's Big Time Pizzeria would like to partner with an exceptional leader who loves to coach, cook great food, create fun new dishes and eat lots of pizza. Primary Responsibilities
- Expo - maintaining service pacing & food quality
- Closing oversight - ensuring kitchen is clean, food is stored properly & walkin is organized
- Coaching - teaching professional kitchen skills, work ethic, & teamwork
Skills
- Must be versed in from scratch cooking - including fresh pasta
- Must have at least 2 years Kitchen MGMT experience
- Must be competent with kitchen tools, including detailed knife work, mixers, slicers, etc.
