Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and dependable Travel Registered Nurse (RN) for a contract assignment in a long-term care and rehabilitation setting. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care, support interdisciplinary healthcare teams, and ensure safe and effective nursing practices during overnight shifts.

This position is ideal for nurses who are comfortable working in fast-paced skilled nursing environments and managing a variety of patient care responsibilities independently.

Key Responsibilities

Provide direct nursing care and patient assessments
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Monitor patient conditions and report significant changes
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Collaborate with physicians, CNAs, and healthcare staff
Ensure compliance with infection prevention and safety protocols
Assist with admissions, discharges, and care planning
Deliver compassionate and patient-focused care throughout the shift

Requirements

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license required
Long-term care, rehabilitation, or skilled nursing experience preferred
Ability to work overnight and weekend shifts required

Must comply with facility onboarding and compliance requirements
Must bring state or federally issued identification and wear a photo badge at all times
COVID-19 vaccination or approved exemption may be required per facility policy
