Director, New Product Strategy & Market Leadership

Omeros is seeking a Director, New Product Planning to lead commercialization strategy for its pipeline, bridging marketplace insights with enterprise leadership across Commercial, Medical Affairs, Clinical Development, Market Access and BD. You will build market insights, guide portfolio prioritization, influence development and launch readiness, and lead cross-functional teams to shape long-term growth.
