Key Responsibilities Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable vehicle options Conduct test drives and explain vehicle features and benefits Assist customers through the sales process, including financing and paperwork Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay informed about current promotions and inventory Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals Requirements Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong customer service orientation Motivated by performance-based pay and goal achievement Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment No prior automotive sales experience required; training provided Self‑motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented mindset Valid driver’s license and clean driving record Benefits Enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, performance bonuses, and the chance to earn $100K+ annually as a top performer.
