What You’ll Do

• Make outbound calls to leads and set appointments for our sales team

• Reach out to customers to request and track Google reviews

• Assist with onboarding new clients and completing follow-ups

• Answer incoming calls and route them to the appropriate team member

• Support daily office communication and light administrative tasks

What We’re Looking For

• Friendly, professional communicator who enjoys engaging with customers

• Comfortable making outbound calls and following scripts or prompts

• Organized and detail-oriented, able to balance multiple tasks

• Customer service or calling experience is a plus, but not required

• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office or Google Workspace preferred)
