Warranty Administrator

N&S Supply, LLC is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Warranty Administrator to join our team in our Fishkill NY location. Key responsibilities include: Resolve any warranty and defective issues and concerns. Resolve pending credits with vendors. Manage, process, and reconcile vendor warranty credits and RGA numbers. Return Goods Queue – Confirm all information is correct and call customer if needed for additional information before creating a neg PO. Obtain RGA’s from vendors, submit claim and follow up on RGA credits. Process HVAC warranty claims, including standard warranty claims and special concession claims. Additional Requirements/Responsibilities : Working ability with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.) and other office equipment. Warranty/Purchasing experience preferred. Warranty/Purchasing and/or Wholesale distribution experience preferred. Proficiency with Eclipse Solar or similar ERP system strongly desired. Strong analytical, organizational and communication skills. Ability to multitask and manage deadlines in fast-paced environment.
