Senior Finance Manager

Our client is an organization in the Milwaukee County area that’s looking for a Senior Finance Manager . Our client is looking for someone with 9+ years of experience, detail-oriented, and analytical. This company offers a collaborative team, competitive benefits, and flexibility. This position is hybrid. The salary for this position is $150k - $190k. The Senior Finance Manager will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:
RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead the forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning processes for commercial operations, ensuring alignment with strategic and financial objectives. Develop and maintain financial models for revenue, orders, pricing, profitability, and demand to support business planning and decision-making. Partner with sales, marketing, operations, and finance leaders across the organization to drive commercial performance and achieve business targets. Analyze financial and operational results against budgets, forecasts, and prior periods, identifying risks, opportunities, and actionable insights. Provide full P&L analysis and performance reporting to support growth strategies, margin improvement, and overall financial health. Conduct market, customer, and competitive analyses to inform strategic initiatives, pricing decisions, and long-term business plans. Design, enhance, and automate data-driven reporting, dashboards, and analytical tools to improve visibility and decision support. The Senior Finance Manager will possess the following:EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
8+ years of related experience, including leadership experience Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance Detail oriented perspective and drives accountability Strong knowledge of ERP systems and Excel Excellent written and oral communication skills Equal Opportunity Employer The compensation philosophy reflects the Company’s reasonable expectation at the time of posting.
