Overview Hiring: Business Analyst – ECM / Complaints Management (GxP & Testing) Seeking an experienced Business Analyst/Tester with background in Enterprise Complaints Management (ECM), Vigilance, or Product/Manufacturing Incident systems within Life Sciences / Pharma / Medical Device environments. Location Location: Raritan or New Brunswick, NJ (3 days onsite – mandatory) Duration Duration: Immediate start – long-term contract (through 2026) Must Have ECM / Complaints / Vigilance systems experience Strong Testing (test case creation, SIT/UAT execution) GxP / CSV / regulated environment knowledge Product or Manufacturing Incident data experience Business Analysis (requirements, BRD/FRD, RTM) Nice to Have Quality/Manufacturing systems (CAPA, deviations, complaints) Pharma/Medical Device domain experience #J-18808-Ljbffr GlobalPoint
