Chief Financial Officer

Beacon Hill is partnering with a well-established, privately held construction services company who is seeking a strategic and operationally focused Chief Financial Officer. Job Overview The CFO will be a key member of the executive leadership team and lead all finance and accounting functions. This executive will play a critical role in improving financial visibility, enhancing business processes, supporting growth initiatives, and partnering with leadership to drive strong business performance. Duties Lead accounting, finance, treasury, forecasting, budgeting, and reporting functions. Serve as a strategic advisor to the CEO and executive team. Enhance financial and operational reporting capabilities. Manage banking, financing, cash flow, and risk management activities. Partner with operational leaders to improve profitability and accountability. Drive process improvements, systems optimization, and organizational efficiencies. Develop and mentor the finance and accounting team. Support strategic planning and long-term growth initiatives. Requirements Senior finance leadership experience, ideally as a CFO. Experience in project-driven or operationally intensive industries preferred. Strong expertise in project accounting, FP&A, cash flow management, and operational finance. Experience leading business process improvements and organizational change. Banking, treasury, and capital management experience. ERP, business intelligence, and financial reporting systems experience. Strategic mindset with a hands-on leadership approach.
