Technical Advisor for Patent Prosecution and Litigation

Job Overview A law firm seeks a Technical Advisor to join the Patent Prosecution and Litigation Practice Group in Houston, TX. The role involves working with the Electrical Engineering and Software Team, focusing on patent prosecution and litigation related to 5G, 6G, and 3GPP standards. Duties Draft and prosecute patent applications Collaborate with the Electrical Engineering and Software Team Provide technical expertise in wireless communication standards Support litigation efforts with technical insights Requirements 1-6 years of experience in a related field Background in computer science, electrical engineering, or similar Experience with design engineering at a chip company is a plus Strong written and oral communication skills Excellent academic credentials Strong organizational and analytical abilities Education Degree in computer science, electrical engineering, or a related field preferred Certifications Relevant certifications in patent law or engineering are advantageous Skills Proficiency in patent drafting and prosecution Knowledge of 5G, 6G, and 3GPP standards Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Benefits Medical, dental, and vision insurance Life insurance 401(k) plan Paid Days Off (PDO)/Vacation Discretionary performance-based bonus #J-18808-Ljbffr BCG Attorney Search
