This role will report to**Talent Acquisition Leader** and based in **Fremont, CA. This is a fully on-site, in office role 5 days a week**.You’ll lead the Manufacturing recruiting organization while setting the bar for manufacturing hiring excellence, consistency, and predictability. This role is equal to parts strategist, operator, and executive advisor—designed for a leader who thrives in complex, fastmoving environments where technology, data, and innovation intersect. This is not about filling roles. It’s about building a hiring engine that fuels the future of Manufacturing at Bloom.**Key Responsibilities*** Manage the full-cycle recruiting process for hourly contingent roles—from sourcing through offer for rapid, continuous hiring.* Drive efficient pipelines, reduce time-to-fill, and maintain a steady flow of qualified candidates to meet fluctuating staffing requirements.* Own end to end contingent worker hiring for manufacturing partnering closely with staffing agencies* Drive adoption of unified hiring models, structured interviews, and consistent assessment standards that raise quality, fairness, and confidence at scale.* Drive continuous improvement across interview readiness, reschedules, funnel quality, reporting accuracy, and hiring speed.* Design and operationalize repeatable mechanisms—capacity planning, pipeline management, hiring velocity* Establish and uphold clear KPIs across time to fill, funnel health, readiness, and quality.* Oversee onsite staffing vendors or RPO/MSP partners, ensuring service levels, quality, and speed of hiring.**Required Skills and Qualifications*** 7 – 10 year’s managing manufacturing hiring in a high growth environment* Currently hands on actively recruiting on manufacturing roles* Strong executive influence skills—able to align stakeholders and drive meaningful change without authority* Experience leading complex, multiteam recruiting operations in fast moving, enterprise scale environments* Deep expertise in structured assessment, funnel diagnostics, and scalable process design.* A reputation for accountability—setting the bar high, measuring what matters, and delivering results.Bloom Energy is an equal opportunity employer and makes employment decisions on the basis of merit.
