Philadelphia Insurance Companies, part of Tokio Marine, is seeking licensed Customer Service Representatives to join our remote call center team. This role may be performed in-office, hybrid, or fully remote from anywhere in the continental US. You will address client needs via phone/email, maintain underwriting compliance, and support existing customers with endorsements, payments and policy changes.
