Site Coordinator

In this vital role, you will be overseeing workflows.  If you are an independent leader who excels in an autonomous environment and prides yourself on keeping operations smooth, safe, and efficient, we want you on our team!

salary: $26 - $30 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 7 AM - 4 PM
education: High School

Responsibilities

Oversee the daily scheduling, performance of employees and ensure operational goals and productivity targets are met

• Onboarding & Compliance
• Recruitment & Sourcing
• Handle daily check-ins, attendance tracking,  and coordination of employees to ensure optimal staffing levels
• Enforce safety regulations, provide personal protective equipment (PPE),
• Manage the incident reporting process for any workplace injuries
• Attend regular meetings with client supervisors to address needs and solve labor shortages
• Able to manage 60-80 employees

The essential functions of this role include:

• working in a smoke free environment
• working in a non-temperature controlled environment
• standing for 2 hours at one time
• working weekends
